Chunky Chips

I'm a big lover of proper chips - not those thin fries so beloved of burger bars, or anything else that comes out of a freezer, but good, hand-cut, well-cooked chunky chips. Whenever I see real, chunky chips on the menu I just have to have a portion.
Season's Cafe Bar inside the wonderful Richmond Station complex does some of the best chips I've ever had. Arriving in a stack that reslembles a Jenga game each chip was a complete mouthful - and I have a big mouth!
The sour cream and salsa dips were superfluous, it was just the chips - with a good sprinkle of salt - that we were after. Delicious, as is all the food from Season's.
