Falling Off

The weight is continuing to fall off on my "Livestrong Diet", which is nothing more fancy than sticking to a set number of calories each day.

I really think that this is all that you need to do to lose weight (as my graph shows). All of these other fancy diets are:
  1. just faddy things for people who don't have the will power or ability to count calories, and
  2. (the main reason) to make money for their creators. Livestrong's site is totally free!
I'm wondering where I should stop. About 10 more pounds I think.
