Speedy Boarding

Speedy boarding is what you need when flying EasyJet. Don't think that
online checkin alone is going to save you much time if you have hold
luggage. At Manchester this morning at the ungodly hour of 5.30 the
queue for baggage check was even longer than the queue for check in,
and with only 45 minutes till boarding opened and us in desperate need
of a large Costa's, the last thing we wanted was to stand in a queue.
Thankfully there was no one at all in the Speedy Boarding queue so we
waltzed straight up, checked our luggage and headed for Costa. One
huge cappuccino later and I was finally ready to face the world.
Speedy boarding also had us amongst the first dozen on board the plane
so grabbing that all important Emergency Exit Seat was a breeze. It
was all well worth the £9 that it cost.
Well only 2 hours to go (at time of writing) till landing in Athens.
With any luck the next coffee I have will be a frappé on the Glyfada
coast, overlooking the turquoise ocean and baking in the Greek sun.
