The Greek Breakfast Wrap

We've invented a new delight.

Typical Greek breakfast (or at least the one peddled to tourists) is
Greek yogurt, honey and walnuts, and this is what we usually have.
Here in Cyprus though they do the most amazing pitas and flatbreads
and we love those too.

The idea then was to combine them. Warm a flatbread to make it
pliable, spread liberally with yoghurt, sprinkle with walnuts, smother
in honey then roll up "wrap style". It was totally delicious and a new
breakfast sensation was born.
