Highspeed Indeed

I forgot for a moment that knots are faster than mph. We're currently
doing 48mph which is disconcertingly fast when you consider we don't
feel like we're moving! The lack of reference points out at sea makes
speed hard to judge. It's also disconcerting to think that the fastest
speed I got up to while driving on the hairpin bends of Naxos and
Tinos was 43mph.
